Description of the problem | The spider gears went out on my nissan titan 4x4 and i discovered it is a well known failure in the early 04, 05 and early 06 titan 4x4's. Nissan won't sell spider gears. You have to buy the entire rear end/axle assembly for about $3,000. They should be repairing all the early titans on recall. *cn |
