Description of the problem | My 2005 nissan titan 4x4 crew cab le has 26,000 miles on it. Extremely well taken care of and never driven hard. I was driving down the road and the rear differential locked up and made an huge bang noise. Almost caused an accident. I was barely able to get it off the highway. I had it towed to the dealership. They are replacing the rear differential assembly. If you search on the internet, thousands of people are having the front and rear differentials blow up on the 2004-2005 nissan titans. This should be a recall. *nm |
