Description of the problem	We own a titan and are satisfied but had some issues as can be expected with a newly designed vehicle. Each has been taken care of under warranty from our dealer alan jay of sebring florida, a very professional operation i might add. The one most recent of concern caused brake interruption and when i inspected the brake system one of the rear brakes appeared to be leaking, which i suspected that to be the problem. The dealer determined that it was a rear axle seal and replaced both the seal and the bearing which had become damaged. After checking the internet i have found this to be a quite common problem that has been overlooked. We use this vehicle daily for business and already have 44,000 miles on it and it is not yet two years old. My concern is my warranty will run out with exceeded miles brfore the time limit and the other axle can have the same problem. Why did they only change one? I would like the other side changed as they are identical in design. Please respond to my request, this can be dangerous situation.
