Description of the problem	My 05 nissan titan fuel gauge reads that i have a quarter of a tank left when i run out of gas. I have been told this is due to a faulty sending unit in the gas tank. This is disturbing because if i were to run out of gas on the highway or my wife has my truck and runs out of gas, the power steering shuts off when the truck dies from no fuel. This could cause a collision and result in serious injury or death. This is not a chance i am wanting to take with the lives of my family. This item has been recalled on other nissan titans, but when i called about mine it was said that it is not covered under the recall. I would like to make it known that the 2005 nissan titan crew cab se 4 wd .. Vin number [xxx]... Also has this problem and should be included in this recall.
