Description of the problem	Exhaust manifold leaking for the second time. Bank 1 side was bad before the 80 emissions warranty was up, however dealership wouldn't do it, so we purchased another oem manifold/cat and had another shop replace it. Now 2 years later that side has failed and is leaking again. The catalytic converter has failed on that side also. Nissan has not offered a recall. Exhaust manifold leaking allows exhaust fumes to not be vented correctly and the fumes can come into the cabin of the vehicle. I have spoken with the dealership and it should be noted i'm out of the 80 k emissions warranty. The oem equipment is not up to par.
