Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2004 nissan titan. The contact stated that the steering wheel began to shake and rattle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer several times, but they insisted that there was no failure. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer and the steering failure was able to be duplicated. The steering rack force was adjusted; however, the failure persists. The manufacturer stated that the vehicle is five months out of warranty and will not offer any assistance.
