| Description of the problem | On the way to work with heavy traffic, i lightly applied brakes to slow down, i felt loud grinding and shaking and brake light came on. Tried to stop the car and pressed brake pedal but it was pushed down all the way to the floor. Pumped pedal numerous times , it stopped. The speed was about 15 mph when it occurred and i was able to stop the car. Shut off the engine and restarted the engine, it looked everything turned out to be normal, acts like nothing happened. Called nissan company, but they did not have any recall on this issue. I goggled it and found out many people having the same issue but nissan company did not do anything on this. This is very dangerous. If i was driving with high speed, i could run into other car since brake not working momentarily. |
