Description of the problem	My 2004 nissan titan has had numerous instances of the brake warning light coming on while driving at different speeds. When this happens, the pedal goes to the floor and the brakes make a loud grinding sound. Several times i have had to go onto the shoulder of the road to avoid rear ending the vehicle in front of me. Once i get the vehicle stopped i can turn the engine off and the brakes reset and work correctly. However, these incidents are occurring more frequently now and sometimes i have to restart the engine several times to get the reset. This is a very critical safety flaw and i have read many other titan owners having the same problem. Nissan needs to recall these trucks and fix the problem before there is a serious injury or a fatality. I bought this truck new and it has been serviced at proper intervals.
