Description of the problem	The most recent occurrence occurred yesterday 11/1/09 as i pulled out of a parking lot and put on my brakes and the brakes began to shudder and a spring like noise occurred. In addition the brakes were soft and scraping sound occurred when applied. This occurred each time i applied the brakes for the next 4miles until i arrived home. The brake light remained on the entire time until i arrived home. I called the dealer and made an appointment for today, monday. Late saturday, i had to move my vehicle at home and noticed the brake light was off and the brakes worked normally without any sound or softness. The same thing happened about two years ago. At that time i drove the vehicle to the dealer and left the vehicle with the dealer overnight because it was late in the day near closing.. The next day the dealer said they took the vehicle for a test drive and it reacted normally and "it probably was some dirt/dust in and around the brakes causing the brakes to stick'.. There was no work done on the vehicle. Today, the same dealer looked at my vehicle and ran some tests after i insisted this is the second time the same thing has occurred. This time the dealer found a defective/worn delta speed sensor and recommended to replace the brake booster. They said it is not covered under warranty as the warranty expired 1/1/09.
