Description of the problem	Dt: while driving to work the owner noticed a shaking feeling when the brakes were applied for a stop light. There was extended stopping distance. The problem became progressively worse. Vehicle was taken to dealer for service in june, and the brakes were replaced at owner's expense. The first brake repair was at 20,000 miles and cost $1,000. 00. Two months after the repairs dealership acted as if this was an isolated incident. Shaking at stop lights occurred again. . Owner called and made an appointment with dealership to have this problem repaired. The owner asked the service manager what the company knew about the problem.
