| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2004 nissan titan. The contact has experienced several failures with the vehicle since the date it was purchased. While driving various speeds and applying pressure to the brakes, the vehicle vibrated and the braking power was lost. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and they stated that the rotors failed. The vehicle was repaired. The entire braking system (rotors and brake pads) have been replaced three times since the original failure date. When adults use the rear seat safety belts, they become tighter as the vehicle is being operated. The seat belts cause a great amount of pressure to the neck and chest area and have to be released and reconnected for safety. The contact is in the process of notifying the manufacturer. The failure mileage was 8,000 and current mileage was 38,000. |
