| Description of the problem | 2004 nissan titan vin [xxx] at 90k miles the exhaust manifolds cracked on my 2004 nissan titan. Nissan covers this under warranty until 80k miles for the exhaust system. The truck has had no modification and will not pass state emissions and gets horrible gas mileage due to this. Now at 104 k i have visited multiple dealers and they agree this is common issue with the titan's and the crack will make a 5 year old truck not pass state emissions. To replace the exhaust manifold with stock parts is $1200; which frustrates me since this is a faulty design which causes the manifolds to move differently then the engine mounts allow the engine to.
