Description of the problem	2004 nissan titan - know issue with exhaust manifolds that leak. This leak or crack in the exhaust manifold causes the engine computer to run full rich all the time. This creates an unsafe condition inside the cab of the vehicle with noxious exhaust fumes and health concerns. Not to mention the fuel mileage is almost cut in half as i have calculated. My truck will be on it's third set of manifolds. The first two sets of replacements were covered under the federal emissions warrant up to 80k miles but that has expired at this point. Nissan is aware of this issue and from information i have gathered the have updated the design of the manifolds. I might add that the catalytic converters are directly connected to these manifolds. I cannot stress enough the safety concerns with exhaust fumes constantly entering inside this cab - i drive to work with headaches and nausea and burning eyes every day!
