Description of the problem	Vehicle fails to start. Has happened on 3 occasions in past 7 days. Date below is first occurrence. When ignition switch is turned to start all appears normal except starter does not engage. When ignition is turned to on, headlights come on regardless of position of headlight switch. When ignition is turned to acc or off, headlamps will not light regardless of position of light switch. Dealer has diagnosed first as loss of security chip programming, second as poor ground connection. Repair attempts unsuccessful thus far.*ak
