Description of the problem	The automatic emergency braking system constantly activates while driving. I am worried i will get in a wreck. I have had nissan look at it and have had the update done and i still have the same issue. I have spoken with the region representative and nissan will not do anything about it and i am told i can take it to the dealership to have it looked at. It has happened hundreds of times since i have purchased it.
