Description of the problem	The emergency braking system is engaging, causing the car to slow down unexpectedly. I hear three beeps, then a drop down menu appears on the computer screen with a triangle with an exclamation mark inside of it. Immediately after, i hear a grinding noise and the car slows down. I do not feel the brake pedal physically depress, but it shakes. It has happened twice in the last 4 weeks, and seems to be getting more frequent. I am concerned for my safety. I brought the car to the dealer once a few weeks ago, and i have another appointment on monday.
