Description of the problem	This car was purchased on 8-30-18, and on 9-4-18, the car would not start. I had to get a jump and then leave it on the charger for hours before the car would start. The car clicker did not work and the trunk lifter feature would not work. When the car did start it gave a malfunction notice in the dashboard. Also, the car makes a noise when driving on the highway. The car was taken back to the dealer but they would not allow me to return the car as i did not feel safe or comfortable with the car due to these concerns. They attempted to resolve the matter by changing the battery in the car clicker. But the matter is not resolved and they are unwilling to service me as i only had the car for less than a week before these problems began since the car has in my possession. They would not allow me to return the car. Therefore, i had to take the car back with me. It has been parked ever since. I do not feel comfortable at all to drive this vehicle as i drive a lot and need a car that is dependable, safe, and reliable.
