| Description of the problem | My nissan rogue has less than 60,000 miles and was bought brand new in 2017. The past couple of months the transmission has started to fail. It jerks and has trouble accelerating like if the gear is stuck. My check engine turned on and had a code p0776 its the powertrain control module failure. I was driving the car normal on the freeway and had to stop on the side of the road and turned the car off and waited for a couple of minutes and drove back home and it was better but the check engine was on. The next day it happened again still need to make an appointment to take to dealer but i dont drive it as much now until it get checked at the dealer. I have read about nissans cvt transmission are defective from factory from some articles inhave read. |
