Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2017 nissan rogue. While driving approximately 20 mph up a steep incline, the vehicle suddenly stopped accelerating and began to roll backwards down the hill. The brake pedal was depressed to the floorboard, but the vehicle would not stop and continued to roll down the hill. The driver shifted from drive to reverse and was able to stop the vehicle.
