Description of the problem	On 11/22/020 while i was driving on the 605 freeway going about 65 miles an hour, my vehicle came to a sudden and unexpected stop. This is the third time the anti collision sensor malfunctioned. There were no vehicles in front of me and the dashboard warning was indicating a malfunction on the emergency breaking system. I have reported the two prior incidents to nissan consumer affairs and they have stated there is nothing wrong with my vehice. The dealership replaced the original sensor after the vehicle made a sudden stop six months after i first purchased the vehicle. The sensor warning light was still an issue after the replacement and the dealership then felt adjusting the sensors distance will resolve the problem.. It did not... My vehicle was almost in a collision as it came to another sudden and unexpected stop after a few months after while i was making a left hand turn in the intersection. The dealership contacted nissan and were advised to stabilize the sensor with a bracket. None of the methods nissan has used resolved the sensor malfunction. Nissan dealership insisted that my vehicle was safe to drive and insisted they could not duplicate the sensor malfunction. On 11/22/2020 my vehicle almost caused a rear end collision as it again made a sudden and unexpected stop. The dealership failed to take immediate action and despite me having a video and pictures of the dashboards warning light on. The dealership stated there is nothing wrong with my vehicle and they could not duplicate the issue. I believe my vehicle is a hazard on the road and can potentially cause a severe accident due to the faulty emergency breaking system. The dealerships advice is to get back in my car because they can not duplicate the issue, they also do not want to see the video or the picture of the dashboard with the malfunction warning display.
