Description of the problem	When driving between speeds of 30-45 mph the vehicle would shake, and the rpms were shifting erratically between 2000-4000 or more. The issue would correct when more speed was attained, but would return. When the accelerator was depressed, the vehicle would not respond immediately, however the rpms would increase drastically. When on the highway, using cruise control at 65 mph, the rpms would change drastically again. When the vehicle was in a full stop when exiting a highway the vehicle would not move when the accelerator was depressed to reenter traffic, the rpms immediately went above 6000 or more, and the vehicle shut off unexpectedly, with the check engine light illuminated. The vehicle was then placed in park, and ignition turned off, and turned back on again. The vehicle turned on without issue, no check engine light was on. Again, the vehicle did not respond immediately to the accelerator being depressed, but did begin to move. The vehicle is scheduled to be towed to the west herr nissan in orchard park for repairs.
