Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2016 nissan rogue. The contact stated that when driving in windy condition with the cruise control set at 65 to 70 mhp, the check engine light illuminated and the rmp fluctuated from 2,000 to 3000. The contact disconnected the cruise control however, the rpm continued to be fluctuated from 2,000 to 3,000. The contact was able to drive the vehicle home. The contact spoke to the manufacturer. The manufacturer advised the contact to take the vehicle to the dealer to have a diagnostic performed. The manufacturer advised the contact that the 2016 nissan rogue was not included in the manufacturer warrantied transmission replacement that was for 5 years or 60,000 miles which was extended to 10 year or 120,000 miles.
