Description of the problem	I purchased a 2016 rogue from cool springs nissan on 11/16/2016 and took delivery on 11/17 2016. Upon arrival to take delivery we noticed that the ars light was on and contacted the salesman to see what the problem was, he took the new vehicle to the service dept. And was told that the unit was safe to drive so we took the vehicle thinking we were ok. I came home and read the manual and realized that the airbags were actually not going to work if we were in a wreck. I called the dealer service dept. The first thing the next morning and was told to bring it in on 11/19 and they would try to fix. Upon arrival at dealer we were then told that the vehicle should have never been allow to leave their lot. They put us in a rental. They returned the car to us 11/22 and we guess it was fixed ( the lite is not on). Is there not some kind of law that would keep dealers from putting people in danger?
