Description of the problem	Hood latch- in motion- highway. The hood will not securely lock into place. When closed/latched the hood can still be moved up and down. It visibly moves at freeway speeds causing distracting line-of-sight and vibrating/shuttering feel while driving. Also causes heighten anxiety for fear that the hood will fly up while driving and cause a deadly accident. I have witnessed an alarming number of nissan rogues and other nissan vehicles with hoods violently shaking at freeway speeds. A simple visual examination of nissan vehicles at freeway speeds will show that this is a prevalent and widespread problem. Nissan's own instructions state that "the hood should lock into place." other nissan products have already been recalled for this and it is a treacherous oversight that this model of nissan rogue has not been recalled. Reporting recalls is not an obvious process to most vehicle owners. A low number of reports is not an indication of a negligible problem. Lives are at risk. Action is required.
