Description of the problem	I was driving back home from from the store my two year old daughter was in the back seat in the car seat properly strapped. The drive is about a ten minute drive back to our home. As i was driving i noticed my daughter hit very quite when i️ turned around she had wrapped the adult shoulder seat belt strap around her neck three times and was starting to choke. Currently i am nine months pregnant as had to untangle her while i was driving to keep her from choking. This issue is of extreme concern to me and my family as she is two years old and i have the proper car seat for her and i found she had wrapped the seat belt around her neck three times in a matter of seconds this could easily have lead to severe trauma and death let me know what documentation you need to begin an investigation on this i have the car seat model and another vehicle that i use the same model car seat with and my daughter cabrera even reach the adult seat belt please let me know what steps need to occur to get this issue resolved by nissan. Vehicle was in motions within the city.
