Description of the problem	I was involved in a car accident with $12,863 worth of damaged to the front of my car. Driver air bag did not go off.. I hit the sterring wheel so hard that i fractured a rib and a swollen chest inside and out.. About 8 months after i bought it there was a recall on the passenger side air bag but i am thinking that the driver side should be checked as well. I was going thru a green light on a city street and a lady ran the red light coming from the other way. I braked and laid on the horn when i saw her coming out and swerved my car but couldn't avoid her. First it was a no fault but then she was proven to go thru the red light. Lucky i had my seatbelt on but that didn't even stop me from hitting the steering wheel hard!!
