Description of the problem	Respected officer, driver's side seat belt chime not working if seat belt is not latched - i am noticing happening for about 1 year. Engine is making lot of vibration and sound when idle - this is happening shortly soon after i bought this car 08/2015. There is a moving object detection system which sometimes work and sometimes does not work - i am noticing this for about the last 4 months.
