| Description of the problem | Recall 16v-244 malfunction of occupant classification system electronic control unit: system does not recognize adult in passenger seat. Nissan "fixed" this system in 2016. It may have been working properly before their "fix". It is now not working and has not been working properly for quite a while and nissan north america will not "fix" it again, as they expect me to pay the diagnostic fee at a minimum. I will not agree to that. They need to conduct the diagnosis at their cost and fix the recall again. This action by nissan north america smells like a scam. What should i do?
