Description of the problem	The front passenger air bag indicator light lights up on car start indicating airbag is switched off despite the fact there is an adult passenger occupying the seat. Happens intermittently , passenger range from son, wife , friends, weighing from 120 to 290 pounds with height of 5. 1 to 5. 9 feet . The problem is bypassed or re-mediated by forcing the driver to stop pullover and then stop and start the car to activate the airbag on the passenger side. If the car is in the garage it is easy to stop and start (the engine) to get rid of this issue but when i am picking up someone from school or office it is a hassle and a danger as the bag is not activated unless it is observed and remediation process done (stop and start the car engine). The issue does not happen when the car is in motion. It only takes place when we offload or get someone in the passenger seat (front) in stationary , park or with brakes on and in drive gear on-boarding a passenger,. On going issue since past 8 months.
