Description of the problem	Windshield wipers are going on and off by itself even when the car is not running it stops in middle of windshield and blocks me from seeing the road also when it rains alot i have to pull over in a rain. Had to go to the dealership and get it fixed and both parts did not fix it and the parts are 25560-4ba1d sw compl-comb and 28810-4ra0a motor assy-win and these parts were installed on 06/11/2020 and it still does the same thing as above.
