Description of the problem	The liftgate on this nissan rogue has continuously failed to remain in the up/open position. Once activated it rises up to allow access to rear but then almost immediately drops 12 to 15 inches thereby hitting the person either on the top of the head or in the forehead. It truly is a dangerous situation and could cause the owner to become unconscious. This happens whenever the vehicle is parked or otherwise not moving..
