| Description of the problem | Vehicle is stationary. When opening the rear lift gate, the gate goes all the way up and then comes back down to about 5ft off the ground. Everyone is hitting their head on it. When i was looking online to see if others had the problem and how to fix it, i found there was a recall for my year rogue (nhtsa campaign # 16v219000) but my vin did not come up as affected. This issue started over the summer, june 2019. I live in rhode island. |
