Description of the problem	Loss of acceleration. The first time it occurred was from a stop sign. Pressed the gas pedal and the rpm's only went to 3000 with the car only slowly moving forward. The second time it occurred was while driving down the interstate at 70mph. Attempted to accelerate when again the rpm's only went to 3000 and could only maintain current speed. No response from sport button or over drive button. After the car was turned off and restarted it resumed normal operations. Both very dangerous situations if power and acceleration would have been needed.
