Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2014 nissan rogue. The vehicle was inadvertently filled with diesel fuel. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer who de-fueled the fuel tank, refilled it with regular fuel, and performed a road test at the owner's expense. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that the failure was not a warranted issue. The failure mileage was 5,226. Updated 01/27/16lj the consumer stated the inadvertent adding of diesel fuel was due to the lack of an interior flange in the fuel tank filler neck, which would have prevented a diesel fuel nozzle from being inserted.
