| Description of the problem | With no warning no check engine light nothing one day i left for work and hardly had any acceleration turned around brought it back home. Had to take it to nissan because it's a cvt and they informed me that my 2013 with 134000 miles and still owe $7000 on the transmission went. The "refurbished" transmission quote was $2400 just for the part. We live paycheck to paycheck and cant afford that so i contacted corporate nissan who did an "investigation" and denied that they were at fault for the faulty transmission. After doing some research i have seen several articles about complaints of loss of acceleration. This is a major safety hazard, like i said we had no warning at all. |
