Transmission fluid exchange performed after vehicle purchase and burned up within two weeks. Cvt was diagnosed and was replaced at a cost of 5698 dollars. Nissan failed to place an oil cooler on the 2012 nissan transmissions which has lead to these transmissions experiencing failure due to overheating. Nissan refuses to recall the rogue for placement of an oil cooler which would prevent future problems such as the one i have had. The car lost power going west on a major highway and was placed in a position where an accident could have happened due to the speed of other cars. The transmission fluid burnt up and the differential was dysfunctional and making noises while in motion.
