| Description of the problem | The power train failed to provide power to the vehicle on the interstate, i had to slow down almost uncontrollable til power came back when i shifted it to neutral, then back to drive. I researched this problem with nissan and found that the cvt transmission they put in the vehicle was having issues with this and no recall was made. They asserted that my warranty was expired and nothing could be done. This tells me that they only make a car that last 85k miles then you have to replace a main part of the vehicle. I feel this was also unsafe on the road due to it losing power due to poor quality of parts. My vehicle is only just hitting 3 years old. I did however made it to the dealership i bought it and having to pay for a used transmission to be put in. |
