Description of the problem	12/16/18 filled full tank of gas. Range showed 297 when normally it shows 320-330 miles on a full tank. 12/18/18 am, check engine light on while driving to work. 12/18/18, pm 225 mile range, fuel gauge at 3/4. 12/19/18 am, 212 miles 3/4 fuel. 12/19/18 am 194 miles, 3/4 gauge. 12/19/18 called local nissan dealer. 12/19/18 filed report to nhtsa. Fuel gauge is reporting 3/4 tank (stopped moving). The range of miles on a full tank is incorrect and inaccurate. Since the fuel gauge is stuck at 3/4 full and my mile reading is incorrect, i do no know how much fuel is in my vehicle unless i track the odometer start and subtract 300 (to be safe).
