Description of the problem	Yesterday i was driving to work in the city took a left hand turn onto a busy street beside the highway and all of a sudden my steering wheel took control and pulled the wheel to the right i nearly crashed into a guard rail. I pulled the wheel back to the left and was absolutely freaked out by what had happened. Last evening all of a sudden i turn my car off go into a store come out an hour later and nothing at all when i turned the ignition key. No lights no dash lights no noise at all is was as if battery was completely dead. New battery installed 4 months ago. I thought i may have left something on and caused the battery to drain, however, a few minutes later the car dashboard lights up on its own with the key still in the ignition but not turned on to the start position. I turned the key and the car started. This morning i went to leave for work, same thing car absolutely dead. I checked under hood, thought perhaps loose cables to the battery. I checked and saw no loose cables i wiped around the area with a paper towel got back in car turned key and the car started. I drive to work in boston park the car in my employee parking garage and get out of the car and went to automatically lock the doors and nothing. No security light on inside of the car, totally dead again! I'm wondering if this is an issue with many other nissan's as i read online many complaints of this same issue. Has there been a recall for this issue? What is the issue? I need to get this resolved please. I can't have a vehicle that is undependable especially when i am making car payments on this vehicle every month. It is rather scary that this may be an electrical or steering issue for safety reasons. The car went out of control on its own yesterday.
