Description of the problem	Daughter was driving the car on city street and transmission broke had 97000 miles on it my wife bought car brand new. Car has never been treat rough just normal driving. Nissan does not want to own up to that they have a problem with the bad design inside the transmission. Asked for help on getting transmission replaced got told nissan don't have a problem.
