Description of the problem	Sept 2017 i paid sandy sansing nissan 853. 00 to replace my defective cvt jatco transmission that failed. Now january 28, 2018 with less than 6000 miles on new transmission i was driving interstate 70 mph posted speed in heavy rain when the car began to go up in rpms revving before it quickly began to lose speed.
