Description of the problem	Vehicle loses power going up a mountain at a 40 degree angle for more than 5 miles. Vehicle stalls loses power and stalls to a conplete stop. When driven on a flat even surface vehicle has a very sluggish and jerking movement that makes the vehicle lose power and decelerates. Vehicle has loss of power when reversing and makes a very loud noise doing so.
