Description of the problem	The car makes a whining noise (sounds like a wind up toy) and have experienced loss of power. I was on a road trip in july of 2016, had driven a couple of hours, driving on the highway (75 mph) and suddenly lost power/could not accelerate - dropped down to 20mph with the gas pedal pushed all the way down to the floor. Later that same trip, after pulling off to get gas, the car would not go at all while at a red stop light that had turned green-with the gas pedal pushed all the way to the floor again. Have since lost power while on the highway dropping speed from approximately 70mph to 25-30 with gas pedal pushed all the way to the floor.
