Description of the problem	When we drive our rogue for more than an hour, the transmission stops working and the vehicle loses acceleration. It will happen without warning and is dangerous, especially in heavy traffic on the interstate. If we pull over and let it sit for a minute, it goes back to normal. It is a known problem with the cvt transmissions, but repeated calls to nissan result in being told it happened just after the warranty expired and will cost upwards of $3000 to replace. There have been recalls by nissan for this problem on earlier models, but this seems to be a problem with the 2011 models as well.
