Description of the problem	2011 nissan rogue slows and stops suddenly in traffic while driving at 50 mph in center lane. No warning. Would not accelerate or move. Transmission! Thank god other cars swerved to avoid me and the 3 kids in the car were not hurt! It's going to take $4000 to replace the transmission. Nissan's extended warranty (10yrs or 120,000 miles) ended with their 2010 vehicles. It needs to be extended to 2011 vehicles or any with cvt transmission problems because they haven't fixed the problem! Or nissan needs to recall such vehicles. Prevent a loved one from dying!
