Description of the problem	There is a problem with the clock spring in the steering wheel. There are several people who have posted on the internet the same problem ( this was how i discovered it was the clock spring). None of the controls on the steering wheel work as well as the horn does not work. When you turn the steering wheel all the way to the left ( i relieve it's to the left) the horn will then work. I find this to be a safety issue since i can not alert another driver using my horn. I'm less concerned about the controls on the steering wheel working. From the research i have completed i am not sure if this problem affects the air bag or not. I believe there is a wire hook up to the air bag.
