Description of the problem	As we accelerated the car began to jerk. After a few miles the car slowed down in speed and would not go passed 40mph. The car was set to 70mph on cruise control then it dropped speed and would not accelerate causing me to get off of highway right away. This is not the first time this has happened. It has been taken to nissan dealership to fix the problem but this time it's worse.
