Description of the problem	I was driving when i suddenly noticed that the air conditioning was not working properly then the engine spluttered and the vehicle slowed and i had to turn on the hazard lights to prevent an accident. I parked on the roadside when able to and shut off the engine. After a couple of minutes, i restarted the engine and regained speed but the air conditioning was not responsive however within a few minutes the engine spluttered again and had to park and called for roadside assistance. The diagnosis from nissan was that the radiator had a "hole" in it and warranty did not cover as the mileage had exceeded 36,000. I was puzzled why the radiator of a relatively new car without any forewarning would develop this kind of problem and i was not prepared to pay the high repair cost, which convinced there may be something wrong with the radiator from the manufacturer.
