Description of the problem	I was driving on i70 from lakewood, co to new castle, co and about half way through the drive, no mater what gear i was in or how hard i push the gas peddle down (floored it), my car would only go 35-40 mph on the hills. I was on a highway where the speed limit is 65 and in some places 75 and it is very unsafe to be stuck going only 35-40 miles an hour.
