Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2010 nissan rogue. The contact was traveling 35 mph when she crashed into the rear of another vehicle from the front driver side. The contact struck the steering wheel and sustained injuries to shoulder, neck and back. The air bags did not deploy. The police arrived and advised that the air nags should have deployed.
